With the expansion of one of our customers production areas we provided a range of stainless steel ancillary equipment to assist in the fit-out of the new cleanroom facilities. These included mobile gowning lockers, cabinets, mobile trolleys, enclosures, product scoops etc.
We were contracted by a customer to carry out significant works throughout their site to enhance their safety in terms of working at height at identified locations. Over a period of three months we fabricated & installed a variety of works including platforms, guardrails, kickplates, self-closing swing gates, etc.
One of our customers approached us a short notice to carry out urgent works on a damaged piece of equipment that was essential for operations. We arranged for the item to be collected and works were carried out over a seven-continuous day period to ensure that they had it in operation as soon as possible.
Through numerous discussions and site visits with one of our customers we designed and supplied a mobile and height adjustable platform. This was commissioned to combat a health and safety issue which had arisen for some of their employees accessing the rear of road tankers for sampling product. Our mobile platform allowed them to access the required area safely and at a range of tanker heights.
One of the previous projects completed for a customer involved the fabrication and installation of 15 various sized painted enclosures to surround their existing electrical control panels. These enclosures were installed throughout the site and designed to comply with the various site standards.
We were contracted by a customer to carry out a significant amount of process piping works to both existing and new areas of their factory. This consisted of replacement/installation of stainless steel pipe-works and framework from 1” to 3” lines. All pipework was purge welded & cleaned.
