We have over 40 years’ experience in the supply and installation of mechanical and process piping systems to the various industries. We have also supplied a number of process and holding tanks for several projects.
We can provide the cutting of your required profile through a number of available mediums. Depending on requirements we can have your profiles cut using Laser cutting, Plasma cutting, Water cutting or Punched.
Our workshop is set up to facilitate all your fabrication needs, from guillotining, pressing, rolling, notching among many others. We also have Mig & Tig welding to allow us carry out a variety of welding processes on various materials such as Stainless Steel, Hastelloy, Aluminium & Mild Steel.
We have both milling & lathe capabilities in-house to machine a variety of requirements. We can machine both metals and plastics to a high tolerance finish. We have supplied machined plastics such as Nylon, Acetal, PTFE, Delrin as well as many more.
We can offer both wet painting & powder coating to a variety of materials to almost any available RAL number. We also can provide anodising of aluminium to a number of colours.
In our workshop we polish materials on a regular basis to a range of Ra values and can readily provide certification of works carried out. We can facilitate both bead blasting and the electropolishing of stainless steel items. As well as this we can offer pickling, degreasing and passivation of stainless steel items & pipework.
We can etch both text & imagery onto your stainless-steel surfaces. This can be beneficial for imprinting asset numbers or location identification in factories.
Our experienced crew can deliver and install your project to site under a variety of situations. We take Health & Safety as a highest priority and follow all up to date laws and site guidelines. Our crews are trained for carrying out works in confined spaces and when working at heights.
